Happiness comes from within<\/figcaption><\/figure>In my coaching work<\/a>, the number one question I get is: How can I be happy?\u00a0 Inevitably, the second question is: How can I find true love?<\/p>\n

A common mistake people make is believing that the solution to their problems lies outside of themselves.\u00a0 Or, that the circumstances going on around them is the cause of how they feel inside, but nothing could be further from the truth.<\/p>\n

The reality is, true happiness and real love both come from within<\/em>, not from without.<\/p>\n
