\nleaders and rulers holding themselves aloof from responsibility for their lies
\nand actions. <\/p>\n

\nsaid that the leaks say nothing new and that they endanger our troops. <\/span>Actually both statements are both
\nself-contradictory and false. <\/span><\/p>\n

\nthe Gulf of Mexico, the Obama Administration has proven itself as secretive and
\ndeceptive as the Bush regime.
\n<\/span>Wikileaks does the job for Americans that Obama promised and did not
\ndeliver. <\/span>Even better, they are
\ndoing it for the rest of the world as well.<\/p>\n
\nimportant are Glenn Greenwald’s usual excellent piece<\/a> in Salon and Amy Davidson’s analysis<\/a> in the New Yorker. Good journalism is not dead in this country, it just doesn’t pay enough for
\npeople like Russert and Blitzer to want to do it when shilling for corporations
\nand the establishment is so lucrative.<\/p>\n
\ngive these hacks and those they serve a run for their money. <\/span>The future of freedom may depend on
\ntheir continued success.<\/p>\n
