Wild runs are being exterminated by seas lice infestations produced and sustained by so-callled  salmon farms.  Ecosystems are being destroyed on land and in the water.  Traditional and modern ways of life are being wiped out.<br \/>\nThe corporations and &#8220;free market&#8221; whores such as the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fraserinstitute.org\/\">Fraser Institute<\/a>  have used the same dishonest methods to obscure the truth that were once used regarding tobacco and cancer and today are used regarding global warming.  (Upon reflection, I apologize to real prostitutes &#8211; who by comparison earn an honest living.)  In all these cases they pretend there are two sides to an issue the scientific community has largely come to an agreement over.  They also impugn the motives of those who are concerned. If you have a conscience, you will likely never buy farmed salmon again.
