I am about to leave for Lithuania tonight and a few days ago I started feeling sick. My lungs ached and I felt I was coming down with something. Traveling is not one of my favorite things to, although I am working on that belief!<\/p>\n

Kate Michels, a wonderful life coach I work with asked me what lungs are if you put them on your back? I thought about it and realized I could see my lungs as wings, angel wings! What a gift that change in perspective is! Now I can fly.<\/p>\n

I have found working with the angels really helps change my perspective. Life is and then we tell ourselves a story. The more expansive the story the more magical our experience is! You already have an incredible staff of non physical entities all you have to do is ask for help and then being open to receive it.<\/p>\n

I may not post as often for the next few weeks but I know my experiences in this wonderful country are always magical so I will have lots of love and insights to share when I do.<\/p>\n
