Here in the United States we celebrate Thanksgiving Day today. What a wonderful practice, to set a day aside to be grateful. I think for some people it has simply become a day to eat and eat and eat. I am currently here in Japan and the little sandwich shop down the road is offering roast turkey for the day with stuffing!<\/p>\n

I have found that one of the most powerful spiritual practices one can embrace is to make a list of things you are grateful for each day. The more grateful I am the more I have to be grateful for in my life.<\/p>\n

So HAPPY THANKSGIVING DAY to you, today and always. Angels are always grateful so let the angel inside of you sing with gratitude.<\/p>\n
