We all have one and they are easy to connect with if we are willing to practice a bit and open our hearts and our minds to their presence. A great angel to start practicing with and remember all spiritual practices take practice so practice opening up to the love that surrounds you always.<\/p>\n

Here is an excerpt from my book The Complete Encyclopedia of Angels<\/a>\"\":<\/p>\n

Guardian angels are spiritual beings created expressly to
\nguide and direct spirits incarnated into the physical realm. They work with
\npeople, animals, plants and all aspects of the earth and the universe. Guardian
\nangels  <\/span>protect you and most importantly
\nthey will guide you and bring you messages from Spirit. Scriptures say angels
\nwere created by God because their existence brought him joy. Perhaps it pleases
\nGod to have heavenly beings assisting all of his creations. <\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The idea of guardian angels is found in Judaism,
\nChristianity and Islam. You are born with a least one guardian angel who
\nwatches over you your entire life. From time to time other guardian angels will
\ncome to your assistance you when you have a particular want or need. Your angel
\nwill encourage you to make choices which will create joy and deepen your
\nspiritual connection. They can’t take actions for you or stop you from hurting
\nyourself, but they can gently remind you of your perfection. Their greatest pleasure
\ncomes from seeing you succeed in life. \n<\/p>\n

If you begin receiving advice about the stock market or
\nother speculative ventures,  <\/span>chances are
\nthat your mind is pretending to be an angel! <\/p>\n

Invocation \n<\/p>\n

Call upon your guardian angel often. Express your desire to
\nknow your angel. Open your mind and heart and allow yourself to develop a
\nlife-long relationship with your angel. Close your eyes and visualize
\nyour guardian angel. You can ask the angel’s name if you’d like. It might take a
\nwhile until you are able to see and hear your angel, but if you practice on a
\nregular basis it will be well worth your effort.<\/p>\n
