I was just re-watching the final episode of Saving Grace. There was a scene where Grace gives Greta a sketch she had a police sketch artist do of her angel Earl. The look of love they both had  as they looked at the image really touched me. Love is such a powerful force and that is the message angels always bring.<\/p>\n

How do you feel love in your body? When you think of the feeling of love does your chest expand? your stomach contract? How does your body feel when you focus on the feeling of love? Take a moment to notice. Really think about each part of your body and how it feels.<\/p>\n


\nThere is an exercise I teach to all my students. I call it “shifting gears.” It is very simple. Now that you’ve thought about how love feels in your body think about another emotion, say anger or fear. Notice how that emotion feels in your body. Then shift gears and go back to feeling love.<\/p>\n

If you practice shifting gears for a few minutes everyday you be able to do it at will. Then when you are about to react to someone or something you can choose love instead. It is one of the most powerful tools of transformation that I know.<\/p>\n

Try it and see what happens to your lfie.<\/p>\n
