I am still not feeling well so today I was laying in bed watching TV when Touched by an Angel came on. There was one line I particular liked. “Angels don’t make anything better they just introduce you to the person that can. (Meaning God)” When I look back at my life before my spiritual connection became a priority I can’t help but think how empty my life really was.<\/p>\n

The main character in the episode said she always knew her life would be better if she could just see an angel. What would happen in your life if an angel suddenly showed up and reminded you that you are loved and accepted just the way you are?<\/p>\n


\nThat is after all always the message Tess and Monica always bring. One of my first spiritual mentors told me to use the bathroom mirror to learn how to love myself unconditionally. He suggested I look deep into my eyes and connect with myself. He told me to really look into my eyes and say, “I love and accept myself just the way I am.” The first time I did that I cried and it took weeks of nagging for me to do it in the first place.<\/p>\n

If you want to see a real life angel look in the mirror, look into your eyes and allow yourself to see your spirit. You are an angel in a physical body, treat yourself with love and watch your life transform.<\/p>\n
