Today is International Women’s Day 2010. It is the 100th such celebration of its kind in the history of the world. This is the official International Women’s Day Web site<\/a>. Each celebration has a theme and this years is equal rights, equal opportunities and progress for all.<\/p>\n

The UN is supporting the initiative. Women are over half the population of the world yet they often live in poverty and in some country bondage.<\/p>\n

What meaningful thing could you do to help celebrate this day? How could you help empower yourself and the women in your life?<\/p>\n

Here are a some video<\/a>s<\/u> that will remind you of the importance of this day. My prayer is that all the angels reach out and touch the hearts and minds of anyone who oppresses another that they may see a more loving way to be.<\/p>\n
