In many spiritual traditions a time apart from everyday life is necessary to allow the practitioner to deepen their spiritual connection. In today\u2019s world doing that is often a luxury we can\u2019t afford.<\/p>\n

So for the next 40 days I will be sharing exercises, meditations and activities that will allow you to experience a deepening of your connection with the divine.<\/p>\n

The First Step<\/h3>\n

The first step is to make a commitment to yourself to spend a bit of time each day on your spiritual connection. I find writing a short\u00a0 contract, signing it and posting it some\u00a0 place I will see it often. It helps to remind me of my commitment.<\/p>\n

It can be very simple.<\/p>\n

I am willing to take an action every day to connect with the angelic realms.<\/p>\n

Sign and date<\/p>\n

Then remember to ask the angels for their help and tune in each day for a suggested activity.<\/p>\n
