\"love<\/a><\/span>The other morning while I was meditating I heard an angelic voice say, “There really is nothing to fear, you already know the ending.” I had been thinking about my dad’s death. When I heard that message all I could do was laugh. <\/p>\n

It is true, no matter
\nhow much money we have or don’t have, no matter how many friends, no
\nmatter what kind of life we have it always ends with death. So then the
\nquestion becomes, “How do I want to feel right now?” All of our
\nemotions are generated, not by the events in our life, but by our
\ninternal dialog about the events. <\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

So, all I have to do is change my story to one that will generate
\nhow I want to feel. Once we change our alignment from our mind to our
\nspirit life certainly becomes much easier.<\/p>\n

Fear certainly is an option but not a requirement! A friend of mine
\nreads the end of a book first so she can relax and enjoy the story. So
\nyou already know the end of the story, are you willing to relax and
\nenjoy this journey called life?<\/p>\n
