\"prayer\"<\/a>Fear is simply an absence of love. When we are connected with the divine we see life through the eyes of love, there is no fear. How can we establish that connection when we are feeling fear, because the fear sure seems real?<\/p>\n

Of course, having a connection with the divine before fear sets in makes it a whole lot easier but once the fear sets in there are things we can do.<\/p>\n

Step 1 Step back and observe:<\/h3>\n

Yes, there is fear present. Maybe even name the fear but observe it instead of owning it, believing it and making it real.<\/p>\n

Step 2 Take a deep breath and step into the silence<\/h3>\n

It is through our breath we can most easily connect with our spirit. One of the best ways to feel the presence of the divine is though meditation. The easiest way to meditate is by simply focusing your attention on your breath. Breathe in love and feel the love erasing the fear. Breathe and feel the love.<\/p>\n

Step 3 Be willing to tell a new story<\/h3>\n

All of our fears arise from a story we tell ourselves. So if we are willing to hear our story and change it we are free.<\/p>\n

Step 4 See life through the eyes of the angels<\/h3>\n

Angels see only love so see life through eyes free of judgment. Observe your judgments and let them go.<\/p>\n
