I am sure the people of Haiti are surrounded by the loving presence of thousands of angels comforting and helping all beings great and small. A natural disaster like that is so overwhelming. I will hold Haiti in my thoughts and prayers.<\/p>\n

To the best of my ability I try to love everyone and judge no one but an article on CNN is testing that resolve. Pat Robertson, who claims to be a Christian, says the Haitian people made a “pact to the devil” in the 1800′ to obtain their freedom from the French. He claims the devastating earthquake in Haiti is a result of that pact. Such cruelty in the face of such human suffering goes beyond my ability to ‘not judge.’<\/p>\n


\nRobertson’s statements are a reminder to me of how easy it is to judge. I could easily get very angry and become as unkind as Robertson. When I asked the angels to help me see his comments through the eyes of love what I saw was a man that is full of fear. I have put him in my prayers and know eventually I will be able to have true love and compassion for him. For now I will pray.<\/p>\n

I invite you to spend a few minutes today saying prayers for Haiti and to visualize the island and all the people surrounded by angels. Send them your love and know all is well in all the world, now and always.<\/p>\n
