Happy 2010!<\/p>\n

Fear is an absence of love. We can either focus on faith and love
\nor doubt and fear. So rather than talk about fear on this first day of
\n2010 and I want to talk about love.<\/p>\n

What is love really? There is our fear based limited love full of rules and conditions and then there is the unconditional love of the divine, that limitless, expansive, accepting love of God however you perceive that energy.<\/p>\n


\nMoment by moment we have a choice. We really can choose where we focus our attention. We can worry about what is or might be and focus on fearful thoughts or focus on the loving presence of angels and feel the energy of the divine. <\/p>\n

It really can be as simple as shifting our mental gears. When the first fearful thought shows up, lovingly thank it for its opinion, let it go and then focus on love. Give thanks for what is and open your heart to the love that surrounds you.<\/p>\n

The more you focus on love the more loving your life will be. The more you focus on fear the more fearful your life will become. A year or so after I moved to Hawaii I lost my job. I had no savings and kept reminding myself to trust the process. At one point I had no food or money and my landlord showed up with a flock of chickens and some chicken food. I was grateful that I had eggs to eat for several weeks.<\/p>\n

Love or fear? What will you choose?<\/p>\n

I am sending you all the love of the universe and the heavenly host of angels, saints and deities. I hope this year is filled with love, laughter, joy, health and gratitude for you and your loved ones.<\/p>\n
