Mother Teresa is purported to have had this poem hanging on her wall. To me it is a wonderful reminder about forgiveness.\u00a0 I think of her as a wonderful role model for living a life based on love.<\/p>\n

Mother Teresa’s Anyway<\/em> Poem<\/h4>\n

People are often unreasonable, illogical and self centered;
\nForgive them anyway.<\/p>\n

If you are kind, people may accuse you of selfish, ulterior motives; Be kind anyway.<\/p>\n

If you are successful, you will win some false friends and some true enemies; Succeed anyway.<\/p>\n

If you are honest and frank, people may cheat you;
\nBe honest and frank anyway.<\/p>\n

What you spend years building, someone could destroy overnight;
\nBuild anyway.<\/p>\n

If you find serenity and happiness, they may be jealous;
\nBe happy anyway.<\/p>\n

The good you do today, people will often forget tomorrow;
\nDo good anyway.<\/p>\n

Give the world the best you have, and it may never be enough;
\nGive the world the best you’ve got anyway.<\/p>\n

You see, in the final analysis, it is between you and your God;
