Love always dispels fear. When we let the light of our love shine amazing things happen. We can also focus on fear and become overwhelmed by it if we allow ourselves to forget to turn on the light of love.<\/p>\n

Love is such a powerful force and one of the best ways I know to activate love when I am experiencing fear is gratitude.<\/p>\n

Here is a guided meditation that will help you feel gratitude and might be most useful to listen to in those moments when gratitude is over shadowed by fear and\/or a grumpy attitude. Hope you enjoy it!<\/p>\n
