I\u2019m getting more and more questions about goals and meditation and I was wondering how your plans for the year are panning out so far.<\/p>\n<p>Are you on track with your January goals? Are you living each day with a sense of peace and fulfillment yet? If it\u2019s not quite perfect, I understand. There\u2019s never a perfect time to start creating perfection. Or is there?<\/p>\n<p>Well, actually, there is, but you know what I\u2019m going to say, right?<\/p>\n<p>The time to start is always now.<\/p>\n<p>But isn\u2019t it funny how now becomes later before you know it and you still haven\u2019t started that project you meant to start (or finish) just 5 minutes ago?<\/p>\n<p>I used to beat myself up about it. And then I would really put it off till later and it ended up never happening.<\/p>\n<p>But there is a solution. It starts with kindness toward yourself and taking time out for you, even when you feel like you don\u2019t have it. One of the greatest things I ever did to help me reach my goals was to start meditating regularly.
