Here in the USA we celebrate our independence from British rule on July 4th. I use our Thanksgiving Day celebration to focus on gratitude and July 4th to focus on freedom.<\/p>\n

My question is freedom from what?<\/h3>\n

Depending on where you live in the world it could be the freedom to drive a car as a women or freedom from violence or freedom from hunger or religious freedom or the freedom to openly love who ever you want. <\/p>\n

Even though we all live on the same planet we all live in very different worlds. Our world is created by our perspective. There is no \u2018reality\u2019 just the way we see the world through our filter system.<\/p>\n

Do you see the world though:<\/h3>\n

rigid beliefs \u2013 your religion is the only way to heaven
\nprejudice \u2013 white power, black power, gays are going to hell
\nselfishness \u2013 greed
\nfear \u2013 got to watch out and be careful
\ngratitude \u2013 all of life is a gift
\neyes of the angels of love \u2013 seeing the perfection in all of life<\/p>\n

I had the privilege to review a book called Praying for Strangers<\/a> by River Jordon. Every day she prays for someone who crosses her path. It is a wonderful way of life. She has a Facebook page<\/a>. Maybe this 4th ask the angel to help you see the world through their eyes and in the process free yourself from all your fear based, self imposed limitations!<\/p>\n
