Fear arises from an assumption that what may happen next is NOT something we will enjoy, embrace and love experiencing. We assume the outcome won\u2019t be positive.<\/p>\n

What would happen if you assumed the universe was a safe and nurturing place? That was one of the most important shifts I ever made in my thinking. I asked myself, \u201cIs this a safe universe or a hostile one? Is it fear based or loving?”<\/p>\n

Sure, when you watch the news you could argue that the world is a violent and fearful place but we aren\u2019t our body, we are the energy that gives life to our body. Our spirits are infinite, immortal and eternal. From the perspective of our spirit we are safe so as I aligned myself with my spirit much of my fear dissipated.<\/p>\n

Next time fear begins to knock at the edges of your reality, take a deep breath, say a silent prayer and surrender to your spirit. The more often you surrender the easier it becomes. I also found the more I followed the guidance of my spirit the more magical and miraculous my life became.<\/p>\n
