There is an organization called Soldier\u2019s Angels<\/a> that is dedicated to helping the men and women of the United States Army, Marines, Navy, Air Force, Coast Guard, veterans and their families. I recently bought cups of coffee<\/a> for our troops over seas and have gotten some wonderful e mails. I even have a pen pal because of a cup of coffee in Afghanistan.<\/p>\n

I personally don\u2019t believe in war and I believe in random acts of kindness, love, gratitude, acceptance and sharing love, in other words acting as much like an angel as I am human possible of doing.<\/p>\n

Happy Memorial Day. Later today I will share a guided meditation to release the angels and fill you with love, hope and joy. My voice is still a bit hoarse but I will make the recording in love.<\/p>\n
