It has a workbook that takes a year to complete. Actually doing the exercises will really change your perspective and allow you to let go of your fear. Here are some quotes from <i><b><a href=\"http:\/\/www.acim.org\/\">A Course in Miracles<\/a><\/b><\/i> about fear that I find most helpful. Over and over again, the course reminds us that fear is simply the lack of love.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;Only the mind can create fear.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Perfect love casts out fear. If fear exists, then there is not perfect love.&#8221;&nbsp; Perfect love refers to the unconditional love that is our true divine nature.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>&#8220;Nothing real can be threatened.
