Aloha everyone,<\/p>\n

I get so many e-mails from people asking me how to overcome fear. Ultimately, living a life free of fear is so much easier when we trust the process and have faith, but faith in what? As I was thinking about this, I came up with an acronym and had one of those angelic “ah ha” moments.<\/p>\n

F<\/b> abulous
A<\/b> wesome
I<\/b> nterspection
T<\/b> hat
H <\/b>eals<\/p>\n

When I look back over my life, the things I worried about the most never came to pass and things always worked out better than I expected. The sooner I surrendered my limiting beliefs, the quicker magic and miracles could occur.<\/p>\n

The quality of our lives often depends upon the questions we ask ourselves. So when fear rears its head in my life, I ask myself:<\/p>\n

– How can I see this through the eyes of love?
– What would an angel do right now?
– What do I want to experience next? <\/p>\n

Find questions that help you feel expansive, and have faith in the inherent goodness of the universe. Then watch what happens to your life!<\/p>\n
