<\/a><\/span>For many of us, Friday is the last day of our work week and the beginning of our weekend. When I used to work at a job just for the money, I spent a good deal of my weekend dreading going back to work on Monday. I wasted my precious time off worrying about Monday. So the weekends got shorter, and the work week got longer. Or at least it seemed that way!<\/p>\nI think of the universe as a vast energy system. We are either expanding or contracting based on our thoughts. If we are afraid, our energy contracts. When we feel safe and loved, our energy expands. Angels know we swim in a sea of love and are more than willing to help us remember. <\/p>\n

<\/p>\n
When you feel fear, take a deep breath and imagine yourself surrounded by angels. Imagine their wings embracing you and lifting you up. When I look at my life today, I know a lot of the changes are because I chose love more often than fear when I made my choices. Now I live in paradise and absolutely love what I do. I am not special. I just practiced surrendering and opening up my heart and my mind to the loving presence of all the celestial beings. They are all just waiting to help anyone who asks.<\/p>\n
Fear is really just an opportunity to remember to choose love. So celebrate fear and ask for help feeling the love.<\/p>\n
