Yes, \u00a0you have been here before, even if you don&#8217;t currently remember what that feels like. Through Reincarnation you have left yourself little packets of memories to help you find your way. Sometimes the best guidance you can receive is a gift to you from you. Viewing your past lives can be a cathartic experiencing on many levels. During these lifetimes you come here and learn different lessons. In my study of Reincarnation I have learned some basic beliefs. It has helped me to understand certain feelings and choices. It has helped me to better understand Karma and belief structures\u00a0and how they can influence this lifetime. I have learned the power of transforming them. It has allowed me\u00a0to be more in alignment with\u00a0my authentic self, my mission and my purpose by clearing up this accumulated debris\u00a0left for me by me.<\/p>\n<h4>Exploration is the Pathway to Healing<\/h4>\n<p>Exploring past lives allows us the opportunity to process some of the deep seeded &#8216;truths&#8217; we are carrying within our cellular memory. These &#8216;truths&#8217; often were created as a defense mechanism to protect ourselves from the harsh reality of something we experienced. As we evolve and change, these &#8216;truths&#8217; become outdated and often unnecessary, yet continue to block us from achieving the goals and attributes we are working on\u00a0mastering.<\/p>\n<p>Through observing issues, situations and relationships through a past life regression, we are able to see the\u00a0bigger picture without the emotional baggage of going through it. We\u00a0are able to observe them from a different perspective, gaining clarity and understanding as to why some things feel the way they do.\u00a0This understanding is the seed to the transformation.
