Don&#8217;t allow yourself to get caught up in negative dramas. Focus your attention on what truly matters to you and your life. Focus your attention on the friendships, the love and the beauty that exists all around you.<\/p>\n<p>Your angel guidance is to make a conscious effort to spend some quality time with those that you love being with. Focus on the love that you feel when you just be with that person, or people and\u00a0doing something that brings you absolute joy. Take a walk in the\u00a0beautiful healing energy of nature, take a walk\u00a0along a shoreline with your dog or just sit and let the nurture rays soothe your soul. Feel the love and the joy that being with the ones you love brings into your life. Hold those wonderful thoughts whenever you feel sad or lonely. Remember these feelings and the joy of just being. All the rest is just stuff along the way.
