The next time you find yourself having judgmental thoughts for someone else, ask for their health and happiness instead. This more positive\u00a0way\u00a0builds self-esteem and harmony within you, and helps to heal your relationships.<\/p>\n<p>Notice how much better you feel when you think positively about yourself and others. This raises everyone&#8217;s vibrations. Don&#8217;t try to control or change others, focus on yourself. Let go of any tendencies to force things to happen and just accept what is for what it is.
