Your sensitivity helps you know the truth about situations and people, and it&#8217;s important for you to learn to trust and follow these hunches, intuitions, and impressions. Spending time connecting with\u00a0nature can help you take charge and develop your sensitivities. Avoid harsh situations and chemicals. Switch to eco friendly products, especially for your laundry and personal cleansers as your body readily absorbs\u00a0whatever\u00a0energy is around you. \u00a0At home or at work, ask your angels to help you choose life-affirming companions, and activities. \u00a0Ask your angels to help you choose higher vibrating foods and beverages to better feed your evolving body.\u00a0Know that it is safe for you to feel deep emotions, as they\u00a0are a natural\u00a0part of your sensitivity.<\/p>\n<p>Ask Archangel Michael to help you to clear your space, use smudges, bells, or other energy cleansers. \u00a0Use the power of your light to help you distinguish between your own feelings and those of other. Sometime that overwhelm feeling isn&#8217;t even yours, it is about learning where others\u00a0leave off and you begin.
