These contracts are an important part of your human journey. You come to earth with a beautiful group of souls that help to support each other during your earthly journeys. There are many such souls traveling with you on this adventure you call life.<\/p>\n

\"soulfamilybn\"<\/a><\/p>\n

During your lifetimes you have\u00a0many contracts of friendship and support with the members of your soul family. Family reincarnates with family and so those who touch your life in some way at the active participants from your groups of lights. Cultivate and nourish\u00a0these friendships as they are very much a part of understanding your separateness from each other or should we say that you are learning to understand that you are not separate from each other.\u00a0 You are never\u00a0alone on your human journey, even if sometimes it feels that way.<\/p>\n

Take some time out of your day for friendships. Call an old friend, or begin\u00a0a new friendship with someone and see where it takes you.\u00a0 Heal a friendship that has been strained in some way. Release ones that are not healthy for you and cut the cords that might be binding you to a lower energy. Forgive yourself and others and let it go, for you no longer need to carry this with you.<\/p>\n

Ask your angels to help you to communicate in love, to help you to always come from that part of you that is connected to all that is. Open your heart and know it is always safe for you to share your love and to also receive it. Hurt and anger, no matter how justified, are mental energy and have nothing to do with love. It is time for you to heal these emotions and move forward. Take down the barriers, take down the walls, and let love grow from within you as it is on our side of the veil. Love is truly the heart of the matter.<\/p>\n
