There is much beauty in the world around you, it is just that sometimes you need to look deeper. It is always a choice to see beauty and love or sorrow and pain, which perspective do you choose?<\/p>\n

Look around and notice all of the beauty that surrounds you. It is in nature, in the hearts and souls of \u00a0the people and those you love. Choose to see the beauty dwells within your sacred heart as well as those whose lives you touch. Let the beauty\u00a0that is\u00a0within you be reflected all around you. Appreciate the wonderful essence\u00a0of\u00a0you. As you begin to radiate this energy from your soul, it affects the world around you and is in all that you do.<\/span><\/p>\n

Take a few minutes and go somewhere where you won’t be disturbed and close your eyes and take some deep cleansing breathes, and relax and release. Imagine with your minds eye that you are a beautiful rose bud about to bloom. Feel the light and the heat of the sun as it beats down upon you and know that you are ready to emerge forth into this new day. See yourself begin to slowly unfurl and\u00a0let\u00a0every soft beautiful pedal and the beautiful scent of the rose fill the air all around you. \u00a0Deep inside\u00a0this beautiful flower that is you there\u00a0is a beautiful diamond that begins to glow as the sun is revealed to it. This is your centre, your inner core light and it is shining brightly for all to see who care to look and it is so beautiful. Nurture that light and carry this energy into your world.<\/span><\/p>\n

At any time when you meet another upon your path, say silently to yourself, “The beauty \u00a0and love within me greets and honours the beauty and love within your” and you will begin to see the beauty that is all around you.<\/span><\/p>\n
