There are things that have to be done and staying grounded helps you do that.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/wp-media.beliefnet.com\/sites\/395\/2016\/07\/angel-clouds-statue-sparkle-light_credit-Shutterstock.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-606\" src=\"https:\/\/wp-media.beliefnet.com\/sites\/395\/2016\/07\/angel-clouds-statue-sparkle-light_credit-Shutterstock-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The importance of grounding can&#8217;t be emphasised enough. You are here to have a earth experience. That means that you have things to get done down here and when you are present, connected and aware, you are far more productive. In fact, it will actually save you precious time.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Symptoms of being ungrounded:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Being uncertain, finding it hard to stay focused.<\/li>\n<li>Emotional outbursts, Mental outbursts.<\/li>\n<li>Being easily influenced by the opinions of others.<\/li>\n<li>Spacey, off in a dream world. Not connecting into what\u2019s going on around them.<\/li>\n<li>Can\u2019t focus on what someone is saying, easily distracted.<\/li>\n<li>Letting in other people\u2019s energy in a way that affects your own integrity and sense of self. Open to entities, energy vampires, and other peoples thoughts and feelings dominate your thoughts and feelings.<\/li>\n<li>At extreme levels of ungroundedness, people can become psychotic and or experience mania.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The two Archangel I like to work with when I need to be focused and grounded are Archangel Michael and Archangel Metatron.<\/p>\n<p>Archangel Michael helps with strength and protection. He is always my favourite go to guy anyway. Ask for him to cut the cords, clear the energy around you, and encircle you in his cloak of blue light.<\/p>\n<p>Archangel Metatron is also one of the ones that hangs out with me a lot . Ask Metatron to help keep your energy clear. He will send the merkeba of light down through your crown chakra and clear away the energy of others. He can help you with ascension symptoms, higher wisdom, and focus as he has a greater understanding of the human journey and the ascension process.<\/p>\n<h4>Your angel guidance is to remember to keep yourself grounded at all times:<\/h4>\n<p>Find the best way for you to ground yours. Staying grounded will help you get the earth things done. You will find you are not as easily distracted nor do you carried away on something non productive.
