If so, how are you doing with them so far? I am always curious if people are even still making these annual commitments for change. I am a firm believer in setting goals, but seldom do I do them as new year&#8217;s resolutions.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/wp-media.beliefnet.com\/sites\/395\/2020\/01\/90ee275abec0644a8272a1f54da09802.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-1968\" src=\"https:\/\/wp-media.beliefnet.com\/sites\/395\/2020\/01\/90ee275abec0644a8272a1f54da09802-350x263.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>For me making new year&#8217;s resolutions always felt like a great way to set myself up for failure. Usually it was something big that needed to actually be done in baby steps and not something I could change over night. I was never good making that step and never looking back. I admire people who can do that. It takes a special kind of focus or tenacity that I often strive to achieve.<\/p>\n<p>The angels like to remind me that I didn&#8217;t create something I want to change about myself or my life overnight, so why should I think it is that easy to change it. It really is that simple, we just like to muddy it up with a lot of thoughts and feelings we need to work thought. Once we do this, it seems so easy to make the changes we need to make. It usually is a process.<\/p>\n<p>One of the aspects of consciously creating I have learned is that we need to change the way we think if we want to change an aspect of our lives. Instead of making a resolution such as loosing weight or quitting smoking, it is better to set your intention to create a more healthful approach to life. In order to achieve success with either one of these, a change in action and attitude are necessary. Research and knowledge are also key to success. The more you know, the easier it is to change.<\/p>\n<h3>Make a Clarity Elixir:<\/h3>\n<p>I love the idea of making a clarity elixir with Fluorite, citrine and some clear quartz. Place them with intention in your drinking water to help raise the vibration of water. Not all crystals are suitable for drinking, so make sure before you get too carried away.\u00a0 Create a spiritual practice with this process. Say something like &#8220;I now bless this water with the power and energy of clarity and focus. Each sip I takes helps me achieve greater things with my life.&#8221; Place your stones in the water. If you do this on the eve of the full or new moon and leave it out overnight, you will have some powerful water in the morning.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Your Angel Guidance is to decide what you would like your new year&#8217;s intentions are.&#8221;<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">What do you want to create in your life over this next cycle? What are your goals for this year.
