Suddenly things you once tolerated or didn&#8217;t bother you now do. This happens because you are now beginning to vibrate in a new way and you are now seeing the world differently. You are beginning to see you must become the change you wish to see in the world. Should we choose to ignore it, it just seems to get bigger or bother us more or come in bigger and louder each time. You are now uncomfortable with your old way of being.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Some of you may find you are experiencing extreme tiredness, exhaustion, or energy depletion. This is a sure sign you are ready for something new and a teacher\/healer in this great shift. It is sign you are ready for a restoration and renewal program to help you get back on track.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It is very draining and depressing for you to keep struggling through the problems of every day life when you don&#8217;t know which way to go. Have you been\u00a0feeling lonely, irritable, angry, or even frustrated and can&#8217;t figure out why? Have you been asking yourself why you feel differently or are acting differently, or things just don&#8217;t fit like they used to? People react differently, misunderstandings, miscommunication,\u00a0and resentment start happening, that previously weren&#8217;t there.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">These are signs you are ready to shift your perspective, shift your consciousness and shift your life!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Stop, and make a choice. You can always change your path later. Just because you picked a road and it doesn&#8217;t seem to fit, don&#8217;t keep going, hoping things will change. Make a left, turn right, or even back around and start again.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Many ascension or awakening symptoms are simply the body&#8217;s way of communicating what it is experiencing. It can be scary and sometimes even frightening to not know what is going n, or feeling that something is going on. Should this happen, go see your doctor or medical professional to see if there is something physical developing. Then see your medical intuitive or healer to help you through whatever body it is thriving in.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Here are some other symptoms of awakening you might be experiencing:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 30px;\">Feeling a though you are in a pressure cooker or in intense energy, feeling stressed in most areas of your life.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 30px;\">Depression<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 30px;\">Anxiety, panic and even feelings of hysteria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 30px;\">A need to eat often or what feels like low blood sugar attacks.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 30px;\">Unusual aches, pains, and stiffness.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 30px;\">A more vegetarian diet to veganism.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 30px;\">Emotional ups and downs, weeping not necessarily sadness related.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 30px;\">Heart palpitations,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 30px;\">Memory loss, word loss, or difficulty finding the right words.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 30px;\">Feeling out of body.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 30px;\">Seeing and\/or hearing things<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 30px;\">Ringing in the ears<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 30px;\">Waking up at 3 or 4 am.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 30px;\">Feelings of disorientation, not knowing where you are, how you got there or who you just talked to.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 30px;\">Feeling you are going crazy, or developing some kind of mental illness.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 30px;\">An intolerance for lower vibrating things (of the 3d world), reflected in conversations, attitudes, societal structures, groups and gatherings you previously enjoyed. Now they literally make you feel sick inside. Or you just find you cannot go inside because of the low vibration.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 30px;\">A change in friends, even some who seem to disappear from your life. Sometimes you feel alone, or wish you could be.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 30px;\">Heightened sensitivities and awareness to your surroundings.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">These are just a few of the signs of the shifting times. Get advise, get checked out if you don&#8217;t what is going on in your world.
