Expansion is happening all around us. We just need to be open and allow the expanding energy to do what it needs to do. Instead we usually resist it, try to control the changes, or make things harder for ourselves than it really needs to be. You can ignore it, but it won’t go away. As the Borg said…Resistance is futile.<\/p>\n

\"expansion<\/a><\/p>\n

I learned at an early age that resisting changing energy just makes things take longer. We can put up all kinds of blocks and obstacles in our way, then we wonder why things haven’t turned out as planned. We are literally wishing our dreams with one breath, and then canceling them out with the breath that follows.<\/p>\n

When people send me messages or requests to help them create change in their lives, and then email me back a few weeks or even months later to say things are working out as planned, most often it is because they are getting in their own way. Usually I can even read it in the words they write to me without even taping into the energy. Goes the same way with their answers too. Very often they already have the answer, they just haven’t ‘seen’ it yet. Regardless what is going on, there is no doubt that those of us who feel restless know we are about to expand in some new way and the trick is to take a good look to see exactly what it is the Universe is trying to show or tell us.<\/p>\n

When you feel these shifts coming, hold positive thoughts towards your goals and dreams. Don’t say things like, well, I know it is going to be hard for the Universe to help me get there because you just programmed your future to be difficult. Hold the thoughts you want, cancel out any doubt or nonsupporting thoughts and just go for it.<\/p>\n

Your Angel Guidance is to\u00a0look at whatever you have been putting off that is hindering your expansion:<\/h4>\n

When you need to take action and make life easier, it is time to take action towards your expansion.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Attune yourself with whatever it is you need to get done, let go of, or take action upon. Let go of any excuses and take some action today. Surround yourself and your tasks with a wonderful jade light and say “This is easy! I’ve got this, and I can<\/strong> do it. The Universe is supporting me, my goals, and my dreams, and helping me to manifest them into my physical reality.” And so it Is!<\/p>\n
