Meditation offers you many gifts. It can help you to\u00a0commune with your guides and angels, God, the Creator, visit with your ancestors, or an alternate dimension or reality. <\/span><\/p>\n

\"bnmeditation\"<\/a><\/p>\n

It can help you understand situations in your life that you find puzzling;\u00a0it can help you find the answers that you seek; It is a way to receive the information and guidance that you seek when you say your prayers.\u00a0Practice it often. Meditation allows your angels to\u00a0answer your questions, as well as bring you peace, tranquillity and healing.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Ask Archangel Michael to surround you in his protection and close your eyes and relax, focus on your breath for a few minutes, then ask your angels or\u00a0guidance any question you need to ask or something you would like clarity on, or to better understand and just relax and listen. Don’t try too hard or be too hard on yourself at first, just continue to breathe in and out deeply, slowly and relax. Release any\u00a0thoughts of doubt and enjoy the experiences and the journeys. Keep trying even if at first you don’t think any thing is happening, keep at it and soon you will see the rewards from this practice manifesting in your life. Practice this everyday and you will feel your connection grow stronger and the information you seek to be clearer.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
