Shape shifting into this new you that has been transforming creates new connections between your body, mind, and soul. Many of you have been going through huge shifts and changes and it is time to make sure you are nourishing all aspects of this new you.<\/p>\n

Experiment with your vibration of self expression. You have been going through a kind of metamorphosis, and it is important to make sure you are nurturing yourself too. This body, mind, and deep soul connection have shifted. You understanding is expanding. Spend time focused on your growth and goals.<\/p>\n

Remember to connect with earth. This helps to ground you and also enables you to reach deeper insights, set healthy boundaries, and energise your physical body. You may feel vulnerable at first, but stay with it. Lie on the earth and let it rock you in a trance of loving care, cradling you like the mother that she is. Breathe deeply and relax some more.<\/p>\n

Your Angel Guidance is to approach\u00a0this new connection and allow for the shape shifting or transformation to take place.<\/h4>\n

Spend time in meditation. Imagine a thread of light connecting you, your body, your mind, and your soul together. Notice how this feels when all aspects of you are interconnected. Sense this new way of being. Let it sharpen your intuitive abilities, strengthen your immune system and your physical body, and assist in your transformation. Play with your energy field and notice how it feels at different distances from your physical body. The more you do this, the more you become aware of who you truly are, and the more conscious\u00a0you become as you\u00a0walk in the world.<\/p>\n
