Creating a halo of protection is like a spa treatment for your body, mind, and soul. It is about creating a blanket of energy that soothes your soul and lets you feel protected from the outside forces in the world.\u00a0 Let the angels help you feel this aura of protection each day and each night.<\/p>\n

\"haloofprotection\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Begin each day with this practice and you will feel more aware and in control of your energy and your life. Start this exercise just as you are waking, before you open your eyes. It feels amazing to begin your day feeling your aura surrounding you, protecting you, and energizing you. After you have set the energy and enjoyed the feelings for 4 – 5 minutes, get up and begin your day.<\/p>\n

In the evening, last thing before you go to sleep. When you fall asleep this way, no outside vibration can enter you. You fall asleep with the imagination fully activated and enter the unconscious with an incredibly powerful force and this time becomes so much more. You become more aware of your dream time and gain the power to become\u00a0 more conscious.<\/p>\n

And yes, at anytime throughout your day you can repeat this practice. On your lunch hour for an extra boost, when you are taking your bath, or just before a walk in the park. It doesn’t matter what you are doing, this little exercise will help you feel safe, protected, strong, and energized. How powerful is that?<\/p>\n

Imagine a halo of light around your body. Make this halo about\u00a015 cm or 6 inches away from you, but the same shape as your body. This halo of light will become your shield. Let this blanket of light surround you and protect you from the outside world. No other vibrations can enter this field without your permission. No stress or tension can enter this shield without your permission. You are protected from the energy and thoughts entering from the outside. Feel your aura protecting you. Feel safe, feel loved, and feel energized in this halo of light. Spend 5 minutes reveling in this energy of love, and then begin your day or drift off into dream land as the case may be.<\/p>\n

This is an easy technique that will help you feel more in control of your life. We can’t always control what is happening around us and to do so is futile, but we can control ourselves and how we deal with the world. I used to have a problem letting go of the day and falling asleep at night, now I let the angels help me with this wonderful halo of light and I am gone, into bliss and light.<\/p>\n

Your Angel Guidance is\u00a0to spend 5 minutes twice a day creating a halo of protection.<\/h4>\n

Every day, first thing in the morning, begin your day with this process. Every night, last thing before you go to sleep, do this process. It should take you about 5 minutes to complete. If you should drift off to sleep during your night session, imagine how amazing it will feel as you enter the world of the unconscious.<\/p>\n
