I am supposed to be strong, I can&#8217;t handle this?I have had these questions a few times over the past few weeks and so thought it was time to share our take on why some of you are breaking down a bit more than you like.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><a href=\"https:\/\/wp-media.beliefnet.com\/sites\/395\/2018\/04\/breakingdown.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1247\" src=\"https:\/\/wp-media.beliefnet.com\/sites\/395\/2018\/04\/breakingdown.jpg\" alt=\"breakingdown\" width=\"682\" height=\"455\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Do you feel like you are being\u00a0pulled in a thousand directions? It all seems important, it all seems so useful and you\u00a0don&#8217;t\u00a0 want to miss out on anything. And yet, you cannot do it all and find yourself breaking down a bit more than usual or than you would like and you are not really sure how to get yourself out of this cycle?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Decide where you want to put your energy and your focus. If you do not choose, by default, the Universe will give you more confusion. Think of it as a dance, learn to listen, read the energy and then begin to lead the dance. Remember, this is your dance. Let the pure light of your soul shine through, even in the darkest of places of doubt and despair.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Be okay with the not knowing for sure what comes next. Let go of the need to be in control of how things turn out, but know that\u00a0whatever it is, things will be okay. It is time to stop feeling like you are always treading water, take charge and learn to swim again.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify\">Your Angel Guidance is\u00a0to see that the breaking down is part of rebuilding the new you:<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Make a promise to yourself to treat yourself more gently. To be kinder to yourself. Let go of the old you. You have been breaking down for a reason and it is time for you to see that it has been because you&#8217;ve been holding on to an old, outdated image of something that no longer is.
