These sensitivities literally act as your barometer to help you read the energy and it gives you an advantage. While it might be overwhelming at first as you are learning to master these sensitivities, imagine the people who don&#8217;t feel at all, they are actually energy blind and don&#8217;t have a clue. I&#8217;ll take my abilities to know and feel deeply any day over the not knowing.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">It isn&#8217;t easy to stand in front of someone you love who is thinking negative thoughts about you. It doesn&#8217;t mean they don&#8217;t love you, it just means they have things going on that they currently can&#8217;t see beyond. It isn&#8217;t even usually about you, it is just that you are either the one that is there, or are they feel a bit safer having those thoughts and feelings. Don&#8217;t let them wound you. Raise your vibration higher and love them anyway. Encircle yourself in an orb of love and then up on some energetic filters to help you through.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Don&#8217;t cut yourself off\u00a0 though, thinking it is too much to face all of this. Instead, let your sensitivities be the system that helps you to navigate through dishonest energy, lies and BS. The more you use your empathic sensitivities, the better able you can smell, feel or see these people coming, literally. It truly is your best friend, so hone those skills, play around with the energy and learn to trust yourself. Don&#8217;t be afraid to be who you are.
