Self first is not the same as selfish and when you are at your best, you are better able to make a difference in the world. When you do this, you are creating a more authentic life for yourself that is simple and easy to manage. You feel in control and yet able to go with the flow and see what unfolds because you know you have the greatest resource you ever need to live a life well lived, and that is YOU.<\/p>\n

  1. Create a Morning or Evening Routine – Ten minutes is all you need to start and end your day in a way that allows you to set your intention for a better experience. Start your day with a fresh attitude and intention. Clear yourself of the days activities before you go to bed. This will help you to have a better, more restful sleep. Soon you will find that this energy flows over into other areas of your life and you begin to experience the world in new ways.<\/li>\n
  2. Setting your Intention – The law of attractions shows us again and again that you get what you think about whether you want it or not. Set your intentions before you tackle any project, go about your day, or before you go to bed for your dream time.<\/li>\n
  3. Learn to follow your Intuition – This is your guidance system and the best way to can help yourself navigate your choices. When you tap into and learn to trust that quiet little voice, the world begins to unfold with a easiness that is often missing and long sought after.<\/li>\n
  4. Say what you Need – If you want support from the Universe and those around you, you must say what you need. If you don’t ask for help, no one knows you need it. Prayer is your asking. You don’t need to be a solitary practitioner any longer. Together we are stronger.<\/li>\n
  5. Mean what you Say – One of The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz <\/a>is to be Impeccable with your word. When you say what you mean, you get better results. Listen to your words carefully and make sure they are supporting you, not hindering your progress.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
