Practicing mindfulness means living in the present moment. It means awakening to your current experience, rather than dwelling on the past or anticipating the future. The bonus of living life this way is that you are free of all that stress and worry. You can then begin to live in the joy of the moment. You begin to live in a state of joy. You choose what you feel, think, and act. It&#8217;s huge. It is life changing.<\/p>\n<p>Whenever you bring awareness to what you\u2019re directly experiencing via your senses, or to your state of mind via your thoughts and emotions, you\u2019re being mindful.
