Community.<\/p>\n<p>We\u2019ve recently talked about <a href=\"http:\/\/bibledude.net\/2011\/05\/interpreting-the-bible-in-community\/\">interpreting the Bible in community<\/a>, and now we\u2019re talking about praying in community. There seems to be something about doing things with other people that increases it\u2019s impact.<\/p>\n<p>Can we pray and talk to God by ourselves? Absolutely!<\/p>\n<p>Have you prayed with a group of friends when one of them looks at you and says something like, \u201cI\u2019m not sure where this came from, but I wanted to let you know\u2026\u201d?<\/p>\n<p>Hearing the audible voice of encouragement can be an uplifting experience matched by few other things in the Christian experience.<\/p>\n<p>And it\u2019s this praying in community that Margaret Feinberg speaks of in this next, and final, part of our interview.
