In\u00a0The Unlikely Missionary: From Pew-Warmer to Poverty-Fighter<\/em>\u00a0you hear the story about how I found passion and purpose for my faith as I studied the issue of extreme poverty. Then you follow my journey as I discover the impact of microenterprise through sharing the stories of an organization called\u00a0Five Talents<\/a>, even as it takes me on Business as Mission with them to Kenya and Uganda.<\/p>\n

I believe in the work of Five Talents, and am asking you to help me invest more in them.<\/strong><\/p>\n

For the first week of November (1st thru 7th), I will be donating 100% of the proceeds earned from sales of\u00a0The Unlikely Missionary<\/em>\u00a0to Five Talents to support the great work that they\u2019re doing!<\/p>\n

And I\u2019m going to make this as easy as possible. You don\u2019t have to mention anything or do anything special to make it count. That\u2019s because\u00a0every<\/em>\u00a0book sale counts this week, no matter where it comes from. All you have to do is buy one for yourself, gift one to someone else, or share this with someone who you think would be interested in reading the book and supporting the great work of an organization like Five Talents in the process.<\/p>\n

This means that the simple act of buying a $5 book can make a difference in someone\u2019s life\u2026 today.<\/strong><\/p>\n
