James was clear in the New Testament: <b>&#8220;Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so<br \/>\nthat you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and<br \/>\neffective&#8221;<\/b> (James 5:16).<\/p>\n<p>iPhone apps are great, but confession is much more than pushing a button. It&#8217;s about healing. It takes help.
