This is post 164 in my series on the Law of Attraction in Action. You CAN use your power to attract all that you need. I do it every day! Read all the posts in my Law of Attraction in Action Series to see how.

Writing down your intentions makes them more concrete. Doing writing exercises helps you think more clearly about what you want and can help keep you posted. Therefore, as part of this series, I have writing exercises that you can use to help the Law of Attraction work with you to manifest the goodies you want. I gave Writing Exercise 1 and Writing Exercise 2 already. Today is the third tip.

Today my suggestion is: Each night before going to bed, write down your goals for the next day.

It might just be one thing. It might be a bunch. Writing these down gets you focused on what you want to accomplish each day. Whether it’s what you need to get done at work, or a call to make or to exercise or to keep your willpower strong for not eating sugar or whatever else you’d like to do the next day, write it down. Read your goals for the next day a few times and then again in the morning while affirming your intention to achieve it.

Saying your goals out loud sets them as intentions, instead of just things you want to do.

The Law of Attraction will give you support in making them happen. As you sleep, they’ll be in your subconscious, which begins the process of sorting things out and preparing to do what’s needed. You might dream about something you wrote down. In a variety of ways, your subconscious helps work out the details of what’s necessary for you to get what you want done.
