Adam McKay works as a director, producer, screenwriter, comedian and actor. He has served as the head writer for "Saturday Night Live" for multiple seasons and directed the well-known comedy "Anchorman." McKay often works with Will Ferrell, and McKay's 2015 film "The Big Short" was the first he directed without Ferrell in the cast. It was also an unusual project for McKay as it ventured into more dramatic territory, but the film was extremely well received by critics.
