1. Reduce or eliminate your intake of bread, rolls, pizza dough, pies, cakes, and all of the things that fat people dream about.
2. If you want to make gluten-free muffins or cakes or breads at home, there are ways to do this using alternative flours. Almond flour is a popular choice and there are cookbooks to help you learn about gluten-free baking. One word of caution: eating six gluten-free muffins is not a weight-loss program.
3. If you need another reason to lay off the candy—most candy contains gluten. Even the venerable chocolate bar can be a gluten stick.
