Do everything within moderation. The most common type of fatigue is called lassitude. This type of fatigue can sneak up on you, making day-to-day chores and simple tasks difficult. Stay healthy and up-to-date on your medications.
Avoid extreme temperature changes. Conserve your energy by planning your day and eliminating any unnecessary tasks. For example, allow the dishes to drip dry opposed to drying them individually by hand or allow friends and family to help you with errands rather than trying to tackle them by yourself.
