Moderate aerobic exercise will improve your cardiac health, stamina and mood. Exercise will help you manage symptoms caused by MS such as fatigue, weakness and bladder and bowel difficulties. Do not exert yourself to the point you become utterly exhausted; take small steps toward building up a moderate work-out routine.
Stretching is also a great way to relieve stiffness and improve your flexibility and mobility. Before you exercise, it is imperative that you stretch out muscles to prevent any muscle spasms or sprains.
