Exercise for Charity
Need additional motivators? Try running or walking for your favorite charity. When you join others for a worthy cause, it can aid in getting you to exercise. Having this “carrot” will entice you to practice and get in shape for the event. It is amazing what happens when one is determined. On the way home from work find a park where you can practice running for the event. Time yourself and build on this daily. Try walking in the neighborhood pre-dinner or post-dinner. If you need more coaxing, buy a new workout outfit so you look super cute as you never know who you will meet.
