Trying new fad diets.
You’d think that after losing and regaining the same ten pounds at least fifty times over the years, I’d have figured out a way to keep my weight stable without fad dieting. But given that I just purchased books on both “Paleo” and “Gluten Free” diets, guess not. A few weeks in and as usual the pounds are rolling off. I feel terrific. And of course, I’m absolutely sure that this time will be different than every other time. The weight will come off and stay off and I’ll never need to try a new diet again. How stupid is that? (Although this time it will be different. Really.)
